Send the agreement. Get back a punch list.

Paste the insurance section of a broker-carrier agreement or shipper contract, or tell us what the carrier packet rejected. Only your email is required. If you add your current certificate or policies later, the review gets more exact.

What we check

  • Every limit in the agreement against your auto liability, cargo, physical damage, general liability and umbrella
  • Cargo terms that cause denied claims: unattended vehicle, reefer breakdown, excluded commodities and per-load limits
  • Whether your covered autos are scheduled or any auto, and whether every unit and driver hauling the load is on the policy
  • Trailer interchange or non-owned trailer coverage when you pull someone else's trailer
  • Additional insured, primary and non-contributory, waiver of subrogation and notice of cancellation wording
  • Named insured and legal name, so the certificate matches your FMCSA record and the contract exactly

What you get back

A written list: what already complies, what needs an endorsement added, what needs a different policy or higher limit, and which requirements are worth asking the broker or shipper to change. Want a quick read first? Try the broker agreement decoder. Coverage is placed through a licensed Texas insurance agency.

What's prompting this?

Free. A licensed agent reads it and replies by email. Your information is never sold or shared.
